Here are some photos of a Two Kings’ story telling, this week.
When there are larger events, our professional actor does an entire performance. He tells the story, but acts it out. He’s great, and does an amazing job. Again, here are a few words on our actor.
Two Kings performer: Dori Yitzchok, 39, born in Haifa, graduated with a BA degree in theater acting from the University of Tel Aviv in 2001.
He performs regularly in numerous capacities, including therapeutically for a number of Israeli institutions for special need individuals.
Sometimes, though, there are smaller things going on.
These small events, either don’t warrant bringing our actor out, or for some other reason I go to do it. Of course, I don’t do the entire play in those instances. I’m the author, but I ain’t an actor.
I just tell the story, and let the kids connect with their favorite characters: The Good King and the Bad King!
The entire project is so satisfying. You know, we live in a world where our kids are exposed to so many influences. It’s so good to know that the Two Kings are quickly jumping in popularity.
Who was it that introduced all those comic book characters into or society? It’s great to know that the Two Kings are helping our kids grow with good values. Making better people in this world. One kid at a time.
Here’s the summary of Book 1:
Two Kings 1- Let’s Go Play
David’s mother asks him to watch his sleeping baby sister, while she goes shopping.
Later, his friends call him outside to play. Read how David resolves the dilemma of taking the carriage outside or staying inside alone.
